How should I store fresh berries?
Refrigerate at 2–4°C and wash only immediately before consumption. Enjoy as soon as possible for the best flavour.
What if my berries arrive damaged?
Contact us with your order reference and photos of the berries and packaging. Our team will review the issue. Final refund and replacement terms will be confirmed before orders open.
Can I track an order?
Include your order reference in the message form for delivery assistance. Automated tracking will be available once carrier services are connected.
